The System Development Department at Cornelius exists to implement and monitor improvements in Quality, Training and Safety procedures throughout all levels of our cable harnessing and plastics operations.

Cornelius Electronics has led the way in encouraging all employees to complete a National Vocational Qualification course, achieving the NVQ Certificate. This innovation has led to a work force highly versed in the core skills of wire and cable production, harnessing, cable forming and vacuum forming.

Investment in a highly skilled and committed work force compliments the advanced management, design and operating systems that are in place in both the Harnessing and Plastics Divisions at Cornelius Electronics. Added to this is the high level of communication with customers throughout all stages of the product development.
